The most common factors for ‘falling off the health/happiness wagon’ are Self Sabotage, Stressful Situations and Negative Self-talk.  Becoming aware of these ‘triggers’ (let’s call it this because it is an easy concept to understand and connect with our stress levels) allows you control over the choices you make based on these situations when they arise.  However, most people are unaware of the ‘behind the scene’ stuff going on in the background, so are surprised when they fall out of control at stressful times, when they are doing well, or even when someone pays them a compliment.
