It is no longer an effective method of weight loss to simply eat less and do more.
For decades there have been some hugely underestimated and overlooked aspects of weight loss and it's time that changed.
I believe that every woman deserves to be able to enjoy a healthy, happy, exciting life, being the weight and size they want, without being slowed down or stopped by aches, pains, self-doubt and limiting beliefs and my purpose is to empower women who are stuck, frustrated and confused with their relationship with food, to become the highest version of themselves physically, mentally and emotionally, in personal and online sessions, no matter what their age, shape and size, or where they are in the world.
But what I keep on hearing over and over is that ordinary women like us, fail over and over because life gets in the way, or because they ache, or something they can't put their finger on keeps holding them back from losing weight and getting fit and healthy for good.
When I realised that there was nothing to hide about struggling with my weight and relationship with food, I started to build a toolkit, the one I used to heal myself, to help every woman to understand where their struggles have come from, get clear on what they do want and then smash those limits they have around themselves to change everything in their life, from beating their food addictions, losing weight, stopping their aches and pains to getting more confidence-and everything that goes between those things!
This toolkit is called 'Break it Down, Break Through and Transform' or BDBTT for short.
The 3 month intensive, or 6 month program, coached on a 1:1 VIP basis is designed to not only give you the tools to lose weight and maintain that weight loss for the rest of your life, but to take you on that journey, fully supported, so in 3 or 6 month's time, you know 100% that you can go about your life with confidence, curiosity, happiness and a light heart in whatever you do, at the weight and size you want and deserve to be, whatever life throws at you.
You see, when we understand the psychology of weight loss, how our beliefs, programming and conditioning affect who we are and what we've become, everything else can then change for us-our weight, our confidence and our relationship with food.
Using Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, relaxation techniques, Nutritional Coaching, Mindfulness, Meditation and Reiki, as well as fitness and weight loss coaching based on years of experience in fitness and massage, each beautiful woman achieves this through superior, online and offline coaching and mentoring in every dimension of their lives', changing their bodies, their knowledge and their mindset to become naturally more motivated.

Because I've been there and done that! I even got the certificates to prove it! Now I'm using that knowledge, plus my own experiences to transform the lives' of other women, so they know where to come, to change their self-destructive path and better still, so they do not have to spend years trying to find the solution to having the health and happiness they desire.
