7 Steps to Happiness that You can Create!
Have you ever wondered why some people seem naturally happy all of the time, yet others are not?
Quite simply, they decide to be happy (it IS a choice!) and they go about creating it by doing a few simple things.
I'm sharing my favourite, more profound steps to happiness with you that I practice daily.
- Thank people and be appreciative towards everyone, every day.
- Experience new things, try stuff out that will open your mind and allow you to enjoy them.
- Smile whenever you can and appreciate humour!
- Eat well and make good, healthy foods readily available.
- Aim for a goal and help other people to understand and realise their own purpose.
- Give something to another person, organisation or charity. It doesn't need to be money, but time, clothes or food maybe.
- Exercise and work out regularly.
