5 Steps to Reframe Subconscious Beliefs Part 4

5 Steps to Reframe Subconscious Beliefs

Part 4

Hey!

In part 4 of this series of blogs, we are going deep into identifying when, where, how and why the beliefs you identified in step 2 came about into existence.

Did you miss that part?  Grab it here!

If you missed part one, you can recap here:

In part 2, I broke down subconscious beliefs into simple steps so you can identify what limiting beliefs you might be holding that are affecting your health, wealth, happiness and success, if you missed that, read it here:  www.bu4life.co.uk/blog/reframing-subconscious-beliefs-part-2

Now we're going to move on to Step three.

Go Deeper

Step three is all about going deeper.  I am taking you in to the point where you can go deep enough to work with those limiting beliefs that have come up in step two with compassion, unconditional love, without judgment, with acceptance, and kindness.

Take the belief you identified in step 2 of the last blog. (Re-read it here if you haven't done that yet: www.bu4life.co.uk/blog/reframing-subconscious-beliefs-part-3)

Look back to where in your life or in your life around you - siblings, relationships, all of those things that may have had an influence on you through your life, where you have experienced or witnessed similar experiences or similar symptoms and beliefs to the ones you've just identified.

Try to remember what age you were.  There may be a few memories, so it might take a few days for your subconscious mind to bring these up to the surface to be seen.

I suggest you have a journal handy and you just keep working through this for a few days.

Once you've identified some of the ages of those particular memories that you have that you were at, notice and observe what the physical feelings, if you can remember, were.

What was your body going through?

How were you feeling?

You might have been poorly. You might have been unwell. You may have been noticing other people crying but you weren't, or other people were doing okay and you were crying.

There are so many things that you can start to use to build up a picture of what was going on back at that time. You can even, if you can remember, think about any thoughts that you had at that point, any self-talk that you noticed, any questions you might have been starting to ask yourself.

Doing this really allows yourself to start to go deeper and loosen up those locked up subconscious beliefs and start to create a bit of movement as you start to loosen them off ready for them to be freed-this is truly liberating and empowering, so don't skip this step and don't rush it!

Sometimes, as I said, this can take a few days for your subconscious to do this by itself.  But there are quicker ways like rapid transformational therapy (RTT), hypnotherapy and regression, which will allow you to do that and be guided into that process really comfortably, really safely.

I take my clients through a whole process where I help them identify the limiting beliefs so they can be released and rewired, whilst in a safe, supportive space to do that.  If you want more information on how to get involved with receiving help and support in a deep, transformational  way like this, then book a chat with me to discuss this.

Now you have gone deeper into the reasons why you hold these limiting beliefs that are affecting your health, wealth, happiness and success, in the next blog, I'll be sharing how to disconnect from those beliefs and upgrade your subconscious mind!

Stay tuned!
