SLOW DOWN & STABILISE
While taking a break in the Canary Islands a while ago, the messages that kept cropping up all over the place were 'slow down' and 'stabilise'.
This has been happening for weeks, but as I sit here sharing this with you reflecting back at that moment when the Internet wasn't 'fast enough' for livestream to my Ultimate Health Facebook Community (it completely stopped afterwards!) I'm reminded again, that the best and most powerful messages come through loud and clear to guide us when we need them.
It doesn't have to be a holiday, but a feet up day, a soak in the bath, a walk in your local area, a technology detox-anything that just slows you down-your thinking, your heart rate, your stress levels.
In that slowness, you often find the most clarity, focus and strength-to take the next steps with your health and happiness!
So if you're about to start your busy day, take a moment to breathe.
Slow down, stabilise and give yourself the gift of time for yourself.
