When You Decide to Decide and Take Action Amazing Shifts Can Happen

Have you ever felt stuck with a problem or in situation and the moment you decided to do something about it, it nearly instantly started changing anyway?

When you decide to decide, everything changes.


Let’s say you’ve got a cold or you’ve got something that hurts and as soon as you decide to ring the doctors, it suddenly starts to feel better.  I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that that happens with, right?!

It’s the same thing; lots of people really struggle with their health and their happiness.  But what I notice happen is in the process of deciding to book a call with me or deciding that they’re actually going to work with me and do some hypnosis, hypnotherapy, some coaching around whatever is going on for them, they notice they start to feel brighter.  They start to feel happier, or something happens that starts to make the situation feel better.

The reason for that is because the Universe just loves action.  It loves anything that you’re doing that it knows is going to help you.  When you take these little steps like booking a call, booking an appointment with the doctor, deciding you’re going to look for car, or something like that, then actually the universe will all of a sudden give you what it is you’re asking for, which is a little bit of happiness to show you that you’re on the right lines, that you’re doing the right thing, that this is the right decision to make.

It might be to do with booking calls with me or deciding you want to have some health or life coaching, or it might be as simple as buying a car.  Once you decide, all of a sudden you start to see all the opportunities of those cars for sale or you start to see things in magazines or on the internet that you couldn’t see before because you couldn’t see them.

Your awareness was not yet ready to receive it.  It is exactly the same thing.  I love how powerful that is!

I love the fact that the Universe has our back all the time.

It works the same way if you feel stuck, but you’re not able to do anything about it or you don’t feel ready to do anything about it, but you are still feeling these feelings of being stuck or frustrated or upset or down.

You will find that the Universe will deliver more of that to you because that’s what you are vibrating out.  That’s what you’re attracting, dare I say it, with your thoughts and feelings.  If you feel those kinds of things and that’s where you feel you’re at, then you will be bringing more of that to you.  Change your perspective.  Change your vibration.  Change what it is that you’re looking for. And don’t be afraid to ask for what you want because it leaves clues everywhere.

If you are clear on what you want help and guidance with, that you want to look for more of in your life, then be literally stating that out - in writing, out loud, and to people around you allows the Universe to start to deliver opportunities for you to have that thing or that feeling or that situation.

As you do that, the power is there for you to be able to have everything you want - anything you desire!  As you know this, it’s like a little magic that it injects into your life that you can just take a moment to think, “What is it that I really want? What do I need to ask for? What is it that I really desire help with or assistance with?”  

You can check yourself out as you feel you might be dipping into a negative pattern or self-sabotage or something.  Think about it, become aware of it, and then change it around.  Because it doesn’t happen instantly, attracting those like things for a low vibration or a high vibration thing.  Sometimes it takes a little bit of time so if you do need to switch it around from feeling negative to positive, that’s okay.  You can remind yourself of that because you’re not instantly going to get the worst case scenario heading your way. You can change that any time, so make it a practice to switch any negative feelings or thoughts around as soon as you become aware of them.  

Take that time, those moments when you catch yourself in a self-sabotage spiel or you’re really chattering about something or someone that has really wound you up, just check yourself out and take a moment to go, “What do I really want in this situation? What do I really want to feel like? How do I really want to be?” As you do that you will realise that you are creating a fork in the path.  On the left is the old, negative path and on the right is the new, positive path.  You are giving yourself the opportunity to take this new path as opposed to always subconsciously and unconsciously following the old, negative one.  That path on the right can lead you to anything and everything you desire. It’s like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.  But it requires you to be clear on what it is that you want, and clear on the things you desire, and then also taking those small action steps to achieve it.

I am by no means perfect at this, but I’m getting there and I’m pretty good at it now!  

Just giving yourself a check up from the neck up really gives you that opportunity to have that window of time for clarity;  “Where I’m I going here? Where do I want to go? Where does it look like I’m heading? Which one do I want to have in my life?”  As you do that it gets exciting.  You see, “What can I ask for now? What can I do now? What can I take action towards now?” And that becomes quite fun.  It becomes exhilarating, exciting, and something to play around with with curiosity and a light heart as well!

I really wanted to share this with you because I get clients reporting to me so often that between booking the call and actually speaking to them which sometimes can be a couple of days or so, they started to notice change in their mood, change in their situation, things started to feel a bit smoother.  That is really powerful.  That is the perfect signal that you’re doing the right thing, that you’re taking the right action steps that are in your highest good to make sure that you can have the health and happiness that you really want.

Think about all the other things that you want to have in your life, in your health, and in your happiness.  What little action steps can you take for those?  What opportunities could they lead you to? As those steps become clear, it’s not about always having to look miles and miles away but actually just looking at the next one or two steps that are going to move you closer towards that goal over time.  

There’s no need to feel overwhelmed.  

Just look at the opportunities that come to you at the time and look at the ones that you think, “Wow! If I hadn’t done this one step before, maybe I wouldn’t have been able to see this. I wouldn’t have been ready to receive this.” Whether that is an offer, an opportunity, or a gift, meeting somebody new, a change of situation.
